本プライバシーポリシーは、村松崇（以下「サービス提供者」）が無料サービスとして提供する「たびノート」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。
本アプリは、ダウンロードおよび利用時に以下の情報を収集することがあります。
本アプリは、モバイルデバイスの正確な位置情報を取得しません。
本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを処理したり機能を提供するために人工知能(AI)技術を使用しません。
サービス提供者は、重要な情報、必要な通知、マーケティング情報を提供するため、お客様から提供された情報を使用して随時連絡を行う場合があります。
より良い体験を提供するため、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下を含むがこれに限らない個人を識別できる情報をご提供いただく場合があります。
サービス提供者が求める情報は保持され、本ポリシーに従って利用されます。
本アプリは、データの保存および同期(グループ共有機能を含む)のため、バックエンドサービスとしてSupabase (https://supabase.com) を使用しています。お客様が本アプリに入力された旅行計画、費用記録、メンバー情報等のデータは、Supabaseのサーバーに保存されます。Supabaseは独自のプライバシーポリシー(https://supabase.com/privacy)に従ってデータを処理します。
サービス提供者は、本アプリおよびサービス改善のため、集計化・匿名化されたデータを外部サービスに送信することがあります。
サービス提供者は、以下の場合にユーザー提供情報および自動収集情報を開示することがあります。
本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによるすべての情報収集を簡単に停止できます。モバイルデバイスまたはアプリマーケットプレイスの標準的なアンインストール手順をご利用ください。
サービス提供者は、本アプリの利用期間中およびその後の合理的な期間、ユーザー提供データを保持します。本アプリを通じて提供されたユーザー提供データの削除をご希望の場合は、t492953411611@gmail.com までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
サービス提供者は、13歳未満の児童からデータを意図的に収集したり、児童に対してマーケティングを行うために本アプリを使用しません。
サービス提供者は、児童から個人を識別できる情報を意図的に収集しません。保護者および法定代理人の方は、お子様のインターネット使用を監督し、許可なく本アプリおよびサービスを通じて個人情報を提供しないよう指導することで、本ポリシーの遵守にご協力ください。お子様が本アプリを通じて個人を識別できる情報を提供したと思われる場合は、t492953411611@gmail.com までご連絡ください。必要な対応を行います。
サービス提供者は、お客様の情報の機密性保護に努めています。サービス提供者が処理・保持する情報を保護するため、物理的、電子的、手続き的な安全対策を講じています。

This privacy policy applies to the Tabinote (たびノート) app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Takashi Muramatsu (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

The Application uses Supabase (https://supabase.com) as a backend service for data storage and synchronization, including the group sharing feature. Your data entered into the Application — such as travel plans, expense records, and member information — is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at t492953411611@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (t492953411611@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
